IMPRESSION:
This is just one example of the guys who are out there that simply won't end up at the next level. Unfortunately I happen to have plenty of these scouting reports, but A.J. was lucky enough to be first. I'm inclined to just stick with the guys from the "above average" to "elite" levels, as there's not really a point to reporting on sub-par players, but I did want some of my readers to see that I'm seeing the whole secondary when I scout---for better, or for worse. Sadly, there really was no upside to the 'Cuse secondary, though if I had to pick someone it'd be #26, the RCB Dowayne Davis. He seemed to have adequate physical tools, and he's experienced at corner and safety, but the slow recognition and awareness and the missed tackles of the entire secondary doesn't elude Mr. Davis, either. Could be a long year for the Orangemen.
Next report will be Antoine Cason of the Arizona Wildcats.
